About Caelana
A marketing studio for brands that sell online, in English and Spanish.
Caelana builds the parts of an online business that bring buyers in and keep them: tracking, product data, lead capture, Pinterest, social, video, ads and custom software. For brands selling in the US, in Mexico, or across both.
What Caelana does
Every service, grouped by the job it does. They’re ordered the way they’re usually bought: fix the foundations, catch the leads, then bring in the traffic. Anything below the first group is only as measurable as the tracking underneath it.

Technical
Written in Spanish, not translated into it.
Spanish work starts from Spanish keyword research, not from the English version run through a translator. People don’t search the same way in both languages, so the work doesn’t treat them the same way.
Wherever a project runs in both languages, each one gets its own research, its own copy and its own review.
“Home scents” and “aromas de casa” are two different searches with two different intents.
How the work runs
A call first
Fifteen minutes on what you sell and what’s in the way. If a service won’t pay for itself for your business, you’ll hear that on the call.
A stated price before anything starts
Monthly services run month to month at the price on the page. Build work — websites, software, automation — is quoted after scoping, and nothing starts until the quote is agreed.
Access, not hours
Onboarding is access to the accounts involved and the products you want to sell. After that the work doesn’t need you in the loop, unless you’d rather approve things before they go live.
You own what’s built
Your ad accounts, your Pinterest account, your site, your code. Access can be revoked at any time, and nothing stays behind when you leave.
Who it’s for
E-commerce and DTC brands first — home and furniture, beauty, food, fashion — plus publishers, creators and service businesses. A first store or a catalog with thousands of SKUs.
Remote, and direct
There’s no office to visit. The work runs over calls, email and the platforms themselves, so where you are doesn’t change how it goes. You deal directly with the person doing the work, with no account manager in between.
Start with a call.
Fifteen minutes on what you sell and what’s in the way. You’ll leave knowing which service, if any, is worth paying for.
