Shopify setup
A Shopify store, set up properly.
A store ready to take orders: theme, products, collections, payments, shipping and tracking, done in the right order.
Shopify makes it easy to open a store and easy to open it wrong: shipping rates that lose money on heavy orders, collections nobody can navigate, tracking that was never connected, and a checkout that has never taken a real test order.
Setup from $1,500, quoted inside the range once I know the catalogue and what is moving over.
A real test order through the live checkout before handover, and every account in your name from day one.

What gets set up
Theme and structure
A theme chosen for your catalogue, configured with your brand, and navigation and collections organised the way customers actually look for things.
Products, in properly
Products imported or moved over with variants, prices, images and descriptions, and the fields Google and Meta read filled in rather than left blank.
Payments, shipping and taxes
Payments connected, shipping rates set to what orders actually cost to send, and tax settings configured to what your accountant specifies.
Tracking from the first order
Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and the sales channels connected before launch, so the first sale is measured, not the hundredth.
Pricing
Quoted inside the range once I know the catalogue size and what is moving over. Shopify’s own subscription and any app fees are paid to Shopify, separately.

Questions
Do I own the store?
Yes. The Shopify account, the domain and every app are in your name and paid by you. I work through staff access, which you can remove at any time.
Is Shopify’s subscription included?
No. Shopify’s plan and any paid apps are billed to you by Shopify, separately. I will recommend the plan that fits, and keep paid apps to the ones that earn their cost.
When should I not buy this?
If you have a handful of products and time to learn, Shopify’s own setup guides will get you most of the way, and I would rather tell you that than take the job. This is worth paying for when there is a catalogue to move, shipping that is complicated, or when your time is worth more running the business than learning the admin.
Can you move my store from another platform?
Usually, yes. Products, customers and order history can come across from most platforms, and old URLs are redirected so links and search rankings are not lost. What moves, and what cannot, is scoped before the quote.
Starting fresh, or moving over?
Tell me which, and roughly how many products. That is enough for me to tell you where in the range you will land.
