Your live classes, cut into short-form.
The best moments from the classes you already teach live — a move broken down, a cue that lands, the last hard round — cut into short clips, captioned and ready to post.
Teaching a class takes everything you have. Filming it is easy; turning it into a steady run of short clips — finding the moments, cutting, captioning, posting every few days — is a second job on top of coaching. Most fitness creators who stop posting do not run out of classes. They run out of hours. The grind is real and it is not fun, but steady posting is how it works now.
From $320 your first month.
Month to month, no contract.
Creators I’ve advised have gone on to pass 1 million followers on TikTok.
Their results are their own and are not typical.
Up to 30 seconds each · Captioned and ready to post · You send the class, I send the clips
Same plans and same delivery as video clipping — this page is the fitness version.
What you get back
Moments that teach in seconds
A move broken down, a form cue, a demonstration that makes sense on its own — pulled from the class rather than restaged for the camera.
The energy, kept
Countdowns, cues and the room’s momentum left in, so a clip feels like the class it came from.
Captions for sound-off
Move names and cues as styled captions, so the clip works for someone scrolling with the sound off.
A steady supply from classes you already teach
Every class you are already filming turns into clips for the days after it, so posting regularly stops depending on finding time to edit.

Questions
How long until it grows?
Honestly, gradually. Posting consistently is what lets followers build on each other over time, toward where you want to be — and at the start that is slow. Short-term results vary a lot from one creator to the next, and there is no fixed timeline; anyone who gives you one is guessing. What this does is make the consistent part possible.
Do the clips make fitness claims?
No. Captions describe what is happening in the class — the move, the cue, the round — and say nothing about weight loss, health results or what anyone’s body will do. Those are claims I do not write.
When should I not buy this?
If your classes are not filmed, or are filmed from an angle where the moves cannot be seen, there is nothing usable to clip — sort the camera first. And if the people in your classes have not agreed to be on camera, that needs settling before any of it is posted.
Do you post them?
No — clipping is delivery only. The clips come back captioned and ready to post, and you post them where and when you want.
How many classes did you film last month?
Send me a link to one. I will tell you how many usable clips are in it before you pay anything.
