Google Merchant Center

Google Merchant Center, set up and fixed.

Your products eligible to show in Google Shopping — in the ads and in the free listings — from a feed that matches your store.

Most feeds fail for dull reasons: a price in the feed that does not match the page, a missing GTIN, a return policy Google cannot find, shipping that was never set. Any one of them can keep a whole catalogue out of Shopping, and Merchant Center’s warnings rarely say which one matters.

Setup from $750. I start from the account’s own diagnostics, so the first fixes are the ones Google is already flagging.

No promise of approval and none of a review timeline — Google makes that call. What you get is every issue its policies name, fixed and documented.

What gets done

A feed that matches the store

Titles, prices, availability, images and identifiers pulled from your store and kept in step with it. Most disapprovals start with the feed saying one thing and the product page saying another.

The account-level settings

Shipping, returns, tax where it applies, business details and website verification. These sit outside the feed, and one missing piece can hold back every product at once.

Policy issues, worked through

Every product-level and account-level issue in the Merchant Center diagnostics, fixed in order of how many products it blocks, with a note of what changed and why.

Free listings and Shopping ads, connected

Free listings switched on, and the account linked to Google Ads if you run them — so one feed serves both without being maintained twice.

Pricing

Google decides what is approved and how long a review takes. I fix what its policies ask for and prepare the review request; I cannot promise the outcome or the timing, and nobody honestly can.

Questions

Can you guarantee my account gets approved?

No. Google decides approvals and reviews, and it does not publish a timeline for either. Anyone who promises one is guessing.

What I can do is fix everything its policies and diagnostics point to, document it, and prepare the review request so it asks for the right thing. That is the part that is actually in anyone’s control.

My account is suspended. Can you help?

Often, yes. A suspension usually traces back to something specific: misrepresentation flags from missing contact details or policy pages, prices that do not match, or products Google does not allow. I work out which, fix it on the site and in the feed, and prepare the appeal.

I will not tell you how long Google takes to look at it, because I do not know and nobody outside Google does.

When is this not worth buying?

If your catalogue is a handful of products and you do not plan to run Shopping ads, Merchant Center’s own setup may be enough — connect your store’s Google channel and see what it flags. Pay for this when the diagnostics are a list you cannot make sense of, or when products keep being disapproved and you do not know why.

What does the monthly cover?

$200–$500 a month covers watching the diagnostics as new issues appear, keeping the feed in step with new products and price changes, and dealing with new policy warnings before they spread. It is optional; setup is one-time.

What does your Merchant Center say right now?

Send me a screenshot of the diagnostics page. I will tell you which issues block the most products, and whether this is a setup job or a quick fix.
