Workflow automation

The copying and pasting, done by a workflow.

Workflows in Zapier, Make or n8n that move data between your tools on fixed rules — a new order, a new lead, a new form — so nobody has to.

Every business has a handful of jobs that are the same every time: copy the order into the spreadsheet, add the lead to the CRM, send the invoice, tell the team. Done by hand they eat hours and go wrong on busy days. Built once as a workflow, they just happen.

From $500 per workflow, quoted inside the range by the number of steps and tools.

Workflows run in your own Zapier, Make or n8n account, documented, with failures reported to someone who can act on them. The tools’ subscriptions are paid by you, separately from my price.

Workflows move data on fixed rules; AI agents make judgment calls — reading, deciding and drafting where no rule fits.

What gets built

The right tool for the job

Zapier, Make or n8n, chosen for the workflow and for what you already pay for — not one tool forced onto every job.

Built step by step

Triggers, filters, formatting and actions set up so the data arrives clean in the next tool, not merely arrives.

Failures someone sees

When a step fails — a service down, a field missing — the workflow alerts the person who can fix it instead of failing silently.

Documented

What each workflow does, what sets it off and what it touches, written down so your team can understand it and change it.

Questions

Are the tool subscriptions included?

No. Zapier, Make or n8n — and, if you host n8n yourself, its hosting — are paid by you, separately from my price. Which plan you need depends on how often the workflows run, and you will know before anything is built.

Zapier, Make or n8n — which one?

The one that fits. Zapier is the simplest to hand over, Make handles more complex branching, and n8n can be self-hosted and suits teams with technical help. If you already pay for one, that is usually the answer.

When should I not buy this?

If a job happens a few times a month and takes five minutes, automating it costs more than it saves for a long time. And if the job needs judgment — reading an email and deciding what to do with it — a fixed-rule workflow is the wrong tool; that is where an AI agent fits.

What does maintenance cover?

$150–$400 a month covers fixing workflows when a connected tool changes, watching for failures, and small adjustments as your process changes. It is optional; each workflow is a one-time build.

What do you copy from one tool to another every week?

List the jobs. I will tell you which are worth automating, which tool fits, and roughly what each would cost.
