Affiliate program

An affiliate program, set up to run properly.

The platform, the tracking, the commission rules and the terms, set up so partners can promote you and get paid accurately — in English and Spanish.

Most affiliate programs are switched on and left: a commission rate picked by guess, tracking that misses sales, terms nobody wrote, and affiliates who do not know they have to disclose the relationship. Then the program either does nothing or pays for sales it did not drive.

Setup from $750, one-time, quoted inside the range by platform and program size.

Commissions and any affiliate-platform fees are paid by you, directly, separately from this price. Every affiliate agrees to disclose the relationship before promoting anything.

What gets set up

The platform, connected

An affiliate platform chosen for your store and connected to it, so every referred order is tracked to the right partner.

Commission rules you can afford

A structure worked out from your margins, with clear rules on what earns a commission, what does not, and when it is paid.

Terms, including disclosure

Written program terms that require every affiliate to disclose the relationship clearly where people will see it, as the FTC requires, and that set out what partners can and cannot say about your product.

A kit for recruiting

An application page, a welcome email and a partner brief — in English and Spanish — so the people you invite know what to do from the start.

Questions

Who pays the commissions?

You do, directly to your affiliates, along with any fees the affiliate platform charges. Both are separate from my price.

Do affiliates have to disclose they are paid?

Yes. The FTC requires anyone promoting your product for a commission to disclose that relationship clearly, where people will see it. The program terms make it a condition of joining, and the partner brief explains how to do it.

When should I not buy this?

If nobody yet wants to recommend you — happy customers, creators, sites in your niche — a program has no one to recruit. And if your margins cannot carry a commission on top of your other costs, work that out first.

Do you recruit the affiliates?

The setup includes the recruiting materials. Finding and briefing creators for campaigns is influencer sourcing, a separate service.

Who already recommends you?

Tell me who mentions your products today and roughly what your margins are. I will tell you whether an affiliate program makes sense yet.
