Review generation
More reviews, asked for the honest way.
A review request after every purchase, sent to every customer, and a written reply to the reviews that come back.
Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked them at the right moment, while unhappy ones often write without being asked. So the reviews a business collects tend to read worse than the business is — not because the work is bad, but because nobody asked everyone else.
Setup from $500, quoted inside the range by your store or booking system and how requests are sent.
Every customer gets the same request. No filtering, no incentives, and no review ever written on anyone’s behalf.
Every customer asked · No gating, no incentives · Replies written in your voice
Missed-lead recovery includes review requests as one part of a larger setup; this page is review requests and replies on their own.
What gets set up
A request after every purchase
Sent when an order is fulfilled or a job is marked done, by email, or by text where you already have the customer’s consent to message them.
To every customer, not just the happy ones
No survey first and no filter that sends only satisfied customers to the review site. Everyone gets the same request — the honest way, and the legal one.
Short and easy to act on
One message with one link straight to the review page, written so a willing customer can do it in seconds rather than putting it off.
Replies to the reviews that come in
Thanks for the good ones and a calm, specific reply to the bad ones, written in your voice — because people read the replies as closely as the reviews.

Questions
Can you send requests only to happy customers?
No. Asking only the customers you expect to be happy — review gating — is something the FTC’s Endorsement Guides tell businesses not to do, and Google’s review policies forbid it. The FTC’s Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials also bans fake reviews, incentives tied to a positive review, and suppressing negative ones.
So every customer gets the same request, nothing is offered in exchange for a review, and no review is ever written on a customer’s behalf.
Can you get a bad review removed?
No, and anyone who promises to is selling something that is either not real or not allowed. What helps is a reply: a calm, specific answer to a bad review reads well to everyone who sees it afterwards.
When should I not buy this?
If you serve a handful of customers a month, ask them yourself — a personal note will do better than any system. And if customers are unhappy for a reason that keeps repeating, more requests will bring more of the same reviews; fix that first.
What does the monthly cover?
$150–$350 a month covers written replies to the reviews that come in, in your voice, and keeping the requests running as your systems change. It is optional; setup is one-time.
How many customers did you serve last month?
And how many reviews came in? Send me both numbers and I will tell you what asking everyone would involve.
