WhatsApp chatbot
A WhatsApp chatbot that knows when to hand over.
An automated WhatsApp conversation that answers what you are asked every day, collects the order or booking details, and passes the conversation to a person when it should.
Half the messages that arrive are the same five questions: price, hours, shipping, stock, how to pay. Answering them by hand eats the day, and leaving them unanswered loses sales. A badly built bot is worse — it traps the customer in a menu with no way out.
Build from $1,500, quoted inside the range by how many different conversations it has to handle.
There is always a way through to a person, and the bot does not make answers up — what it does not know, it hands over. Meta’s per-message fees are billed by Meta, separately from my price.
A way to a person at every step · Built on the official API · Meta’s fees billed separately
The WhatsApp concierge is the WhatsApp Business app with a catalog and ads; the Business API setup is the connection this chatbot runs on, without the automation.
What gets built
The everyday questions, answered
Prices, hours, shipping, stock and payment options, answered on the spot from information you approve — in Spanish, in English or in both.
Details that arrive complete
The bot asks for what you need to quote, book or take an order — name, product, postcode, date — so everything is there when you step in.
A way through to a person
At any point the customer can ask for someone, and the bot hands over the conversation with everything already said. Nobody is trapped in a menu.
Connected to what you already use
Your catalog, calendar or CRM connected, so the bot answers from real information rather than whatever was typed in months ago.
Pricing
Runs on the WhatsApp Business API. Meta’s messaging fees are billed by Meta, separately from this price. The build is quoted inside the range.

Questions
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes — a chatbot runs on the API, not the app. If you do not have it yet, the API setup is quoted alongside the bot. Meta’s per-message fees are billed by Meta directly, separately from my price.
Does the bot use AI?
It depends on what you need. For the everyday questions, a flow with fixed answers you approve is more reliable and cheaper. Where AI makes sense — understanding a question asked a thousand different ways — it is limited to the information you give it, and what it does not know goes to a person.
When should I not buy this?
If you get a few messages a day and answer them well, a bot saves you nothing and adds a step for the customer; the app’s quick replies are enough. And if every conversation is different — custom projects, complicated quotes — a bot only gets in the way. There, what works is answering yourself, quickly.
What does maintenance cover?
$200–$500 a month covers updating answers when prices, hours or products change, reviewing the conversations where the bot got stuck and fixing it, and keeping the connections working. It is optional; the build is one-time.
What are the five questions you get most?
Send them to me. I will tell you which a bot can answer, which it cannot, and what it would cost to do properly.
