Missed-lead recovery

The call you missed, answered anyway.

A missed call gets a text within seconds, and no enquiry goes cold just because nobody got to it.

Somebody calls, you are on a ladder or with another customer, and they call the next business on the list. That is the whole loss and it never appears in any report. A text that arrives within seconds — before they have dialled anyone else — keeps the conversation alive without you touching the phone.

Setup from $500, live in about a week.

Registered and consent-compliant, so the texts actually deliver.

A2P 10DLC registered · Consent handled properly · Review requests to every customer, not just the happy ones

What gets set up

Missed call, instant text

The moment a call goes unanswered, a text goes out saying you will call back and asking what they need. Seconds matter here: the difference between fifteen seconds and fifteen minutes is whether they have already called somebody else.

Follow-up that does not stop at one

An enquiry that gets one reply and silence is an enquiry lost to nothing but timing. A short sequence over the following days, which stops the moment they answer.

Review requests to every customer

We send the request to every customer, not only the ones we expect to be happy. Filtering out unhappy customers is illegal and the FTC is enforcing it. What we do instead is alert you the moment a review lands under four stars, so you can respond before anybody else reads it.

Registered so it delivers

A2P 10DLC registration and consent handling. Unregistered business texting gets filtered by the carriers before it reaches a handset, so this is not paperwork — it decides whether the messages arrive at all.

Questions

Can you filter out the bad reviews?

No, and nobody should offer to. Sending review requests only to customers you expect to be happy is review gating. It is illegal, the FTC has been enforcing against it, and the platforms remove businesses that do it.

Every customer gets the same request. What you get instead is an alert the moment something lands under four stars — and a bad review answered within the hour reads very differently to one answered a month later.

What is A2P 10DLC and do I have to?

It is the registration that tells US carriers a business is sending texts from a normal ten-digit number. Without it the carriers filter or drop the messages, so an unregistered setup looks like it is working from your side while nothing arrives.

It is included, and so is the consent language that keeps it legal.

Will this annoy people?

It can, if it is set to nag. The follow-up sequence is short, it stops the instant somebody replies, and every message carries a way out. A customer who has already booked should never receive another chase — if they do, something is misconfigured and I would want to know.

What does the monthly cover?

$300–$600 a month covers keeping the number registered and delivering, adjusting the sequences, watching the review alerts and a monthly summary. Setup is one-time; this part is optional.

How many calls do you miss in a week?

Most people underestimate it by half. If your phone system reports missed calls, send me a week of it and I will tell you what recovering even a third of them would be worth.
