Bilingual community management
Your social accounts, looked after in English and Spanish.
Your posts go out on time, and every comment and direct message gets a reply in the language it arrived in.
Posting is half the job. The other half is comments and messages: price questions nobody answers, complaints left in full view, customers who write in English and get a reply in Spanish, or the other way round. Each one left unanswered tells the next person there is nobody on the other side.
Plans from $350 a month for one platform, with posting and moderation included.
You approve the standard replies and the limits before anything starts, and anything sensitive — serious complaints, legal matters, refunds — comes to you instead of being answered on its own.
English and Spanish on every plan · Posting and moderation included · Anything sensitive comes to you
What is included
Posting on a schedule
Your posts scheduled and published on every platform in the plan, on time and with the copy checked.
Comments answered
Replies to comments on your posts, in the language they arrived in and in your brand’s tone. Spam and abuse are hidden or reported under each platform’s rules.
Direct messages handled
Questions that arrive by message — price, stock, shipping — answered from information you approve, and leads passed to whoever closes the sale.
What needs a person, comes to you
Serious complaints, refunds or anything with legal implications reach you with the full context, instead of getting a standard reply.

Questions
Does this include designing the posts?
No — the plans cover posting and moderation. If you need the posts made as well, the Instagram and Facebook post plans do that, and they pair with this one.
Which platforms does it cover?
The ones you choose, by plan: one on Starter, two on Growth and up to four on Scale. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are the most common.
When should I not buy this?
If your accounts get a handful of comments a week, it is cheaper to answer them yourself in five minutes. And if your whole audience writes in one language, the bilingual part adds nothing; this earns its place when messages really do arrive in both.
What happens with a negative comment?
If it is a reasonable complaint that can be resolved in public, it gets a reply in the tone we agreed. If it is serious, it comes to you before anything is said. Legitimate criticism is not deleted — deleting real complaints shows, and does the brand more harm than the complaint.
How many comments go unanswered on your accounts?
Look at your last ten posts and count the comments with no reply. Send me the number and the platforms you are on, and I will tell you which plan fits.
