SMS marketing

SMS marketing, to people who asked for it.

Text campaigns and automations — welcome, abandoned cart, launches — sent only to customers who opted in, in English and Spanish.

SMS is the most personal channel a brand gets, which is why it goes wrong fast: lists built without proper consent, messages with no way out, and unregistered numbers that carriers filter before anything arrives. Done carelessly it loses subscribers; done properly it is a channel customers chose.

Setup from $750, quoted inside the range by your platform and the automations you need.

Texts go only to people who opted in, every message carries a way to opt out, and US sending is registered with the carriers before anything goes out.

Opt-in only · A way to opt out in every message · Carrier registration before sending

Missed-lead recovery texts back missed calls and enquiries; this page runs opted-in marketing campaigns to your subscribers.

What gets set up

Consent, collected properly

Sign-up forms and checkout opt-ins with clear consent language, so every number on the list asked to hear from you.

Registered so it delivers

Carrier registration for US sending set up before the first message, because unregistered business texting gets filtered.

Automations that run on their own

Welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase messages triggered by what customers do, in the language they signed up in.

Campaigns, managed

Launches and offers written and sent to the right segment, each with a clear way to opt out.

Questions

Are platform and message costs included?

No. The SMS platform’s subscription and its per-message costs are paid by you, directly, separately from my price.

Can I text my existing customer list?

Only the people who agreed to receive marketing texts. Having a number from an order is not consent to market to it. If your list was not collected with consent, it starts again from the sign-up forms.

When should I not buy this?

If you have very few subscribers and no steady way to collect more, there is not enough of a list to manage yet — start with sign-up forms and email. And if customers buy once and rarely come back, frequent texts will cost more opt-outs than they are worth.

What does ongoing management cover?

$500–$1,500 a month covers writing and sending campaigns, adjusting the automations, keeping the list clean and a monthly report of what went out. Setup is one-time.

How do customers sign up to hear from you today?

Tell me where your list comes from and which platform you use. I will tell you what a compliant setup would involve.
