CRM setup

A CRM set up around how you actually sell.

Pipelines, fields and automations configured in your own CRM, so every lead has a stage, an owner and a next step.

Most CRMs are bought, half set up and then abandoned for a spreadsheet. The default pipeline does not match how you sell, there are forty fields and nobody knows which matter, and follow-up depends on someone remembering. The software is rarely the problem; the setup is.

Setup from $1,000, quoted inside the range by how many pipelines and integrations there are.

It all happens in your own CRM, under your account. Nothing is built into a system only I can operate.

What gets set up

Pipelines that match your sales

Stages that reflect how a deal actually moves for you, not the defaults, with clear rules for when something moves forward.

Fields you will fill in

Only the fields that drive a decision or a report, required where they need to be, so the data is complete rather than sprawling.

Automations for the follow-up

Tasks, reminders and emails triggered by stage changes, so the next step happens because the system asked, not because someone remembered.

Leads arriving on their own

Website forms, ads and other sources connected so new leads land in the CRM with their source recorded, instead of being typed in.

Questions

Which CRM do you use?

Yours. The work happens in the CRM you already have or choose, under your account. If you have not chosen one, I will ask how you sell and tell you what to look for — the decision and the subscription stay with you.

Is the CRM subscription included?

No. The CRM is billed to you by its vendor, separately from my price.

When should I not buy this?

If you close a few deals a month and a spreadsheet keeps up, a CRM adds a tool without adding much. It earns its place when leads slip through, when more than one person sells, or when nobody can say where a customer came from.

What does ongoing management cover?

$200–$500 a month covers adjusting pipelines and automations as your process changes, keeping integrations working, cleaning data, and adding reports as you need them. It is optional; setup is one-time.

Where do your leads go today?

Tell me how leads arrive and what happens to them next. I will tell you what a setup would change and where in the range it lands.
