Product descriptions

Product descriptions, written for every product you sell.

Clear, consistent descriptions for your whole catalogue — in English, Spanish or both — written only from your own product data or the manufacturer’s.

Catalogues end up with three kinds of description: the manufacturer’s copy pasted onto a hundred other stores, a single line someone wrote in a hurry, or nothing at all. None of it helps a buyer decide, and duplicated copy gives search engines no reason to choose your page.

From $8 per product, quoted by catalogue size.

Specs come only from your data or the manufacturer’s. Nothing is invented — if a detail is not in the data, it is not in the description.

Specs from your data only · English and Spanish · One voice across the catalogue

Product Listing Optimization fixes the whole listing — photos, specs, categories and structured data; this service writes the descriptions.

What you get

Written from real data

Each description built from the specs, materials and dimensions in your data or the manufacturer’s sheets. Missing details are flagged, never filled in.

One voice across the catalogue

A style set once and applied to every product, so a customer moving between pages reads one brand rather than twenty writers.

Useful to a buyer

What the product is, who it is for, what sets it apart and what to know before buying — in that order, without filler.

Spanish written natively

Spanish descriptions written for Spanish-speaking buyers, with the right terms for your market, not translated word for word.

Questions

Where do the specs come from?

Only from your data or the manufacturer’s. Nothing is invented or estimated. If a detail is missing, it is flagged for you to supply rather than guessed.

Can you work from a spreadsheet export?

Yes — a product export from your store or a supplier feed is the usual starting point, and the descriptions come back in the same format so they can be imported.

When should I not buy this?

If your product data is incomplete or wrong, descriptions written from it will be too — sort the data first, which is what Product Listing Optimization does. And if you only have a handful of products, writing them yourself may be quicker.

Do you upload them to the store?

They come back ready to import. Uploading them and fixing the rest of the listing is Product Listing Optimization.

How many products need descriptions?

Send me the count and a sample of your current data. I will tell you where in the range it lands.
