AI document search
Ask your company’s documents a question.
A private assistant that answers questions from your own documents — policies, manuals, product specs, past proposals — and shows where each answer came from.
The answer is usually written down somewhere: in a policy PDF, a shared drive, last year’s proposal. Finding it means knowing where to look or asking the one person who does. New staff ask the same questions, and experienced staff spend their day answering them.
Build from $3,000, quoted inside the range by how many documents and sources there are.
Every answer shows its sources, and when the documents do not say, it says so instead of guessing. Model and API costs are paid by you, separately from my price, and estimated before you commit.
Answers with sources · Your documents, your accounts · Model and API costs billed separately
Document search answers questions from what is already written; an AI agent goes further and acts — drafting, routing and deciding what happens next.
What gets built
Your documents, connected
The files you choose — from shared drives, folders or a knowledge base — loaded in and kept in step as they change.
Answers with sources
Each answer links to the document and passage it came from, so anyone can check it rather than take it on trust.
It says when it does not know
When the documents do not cover a question, the assistant says so instead of producing a plausible guess.
Access you decide
Who can use it, and which documents each group can see, set by you — in accounts you own.
Pricing
Model and API costs are paid by you, separately from this price, and estimated before you commit. No accuracy figure is promised.

Questions
How accurate is it?
I do not quote an accuracy figure. It depends on your documents, how they are written and what people ask. What is built in is a way to check: every answer shows its source, and questions the documents do not answer get “I do not know” instead of a guess.
What does it cost to run?
The AI model and API usage are paid by you, to the provider, separately from my price. The cost depends on how many documents there are and how often people ask, and it is estimated before you commit.
When should I not buy this?
If your documents are few and well organised, a sensible folder structure and ordinary search will do. And if the documents are out of date or contradict each other, the assistant will repeat the confusion faithfully — tidy the source first.
Where do my documents go?
Into accounts you own: the storage and the AI provider account are in your name, and access is limited to the people you choose. Before anything is loaded, we agree which documents are in and which are out.
Which question gets asked most in your business?
Tell me the question and where the answer lives today. I will tell you whether document search would answer it.
