CFDI autofactura portal
Let your customers invoice themselves.
A page on your site where the customer enters their order number and tax details and receives their CFDI, stamped by your PAC, without having to write to you for it.
Every “can you invoice me?” is an email, a manual data entry and the risk of a mistyped RFC. With a few orders it is manageable; as they grow, invoicing eats hours of the week, and a customer who waits days for an invoice does not come back as happy.
Build from $1,500, quoted by your store platform and your PAC.
An authorised PAC does the stamping, not me, and the tax decisions are your contador’s. I build the connection.
Stamped by your authorised PAC · Tax decisions by your contador · PAC fee billed separately
What gets built
The autofactura portal
A branded page where the customer enters their order number, RFC and tax details, with validation so a typing mistake is caught before anything is invoiced.
Connected to your orders
The portal looks the order up in your store, so the amount and line items come from the real sale rather than from whatever the customer types.
Connected to your PAC
The integration with your authorised PAC, which is who stamps every CFDI. The portal sends the information; the PAC stamps it and returns the document.
Delivered to the customer
The XML and PDF sent to the customer’s email and available to download from the portal, without anyone on your team having to step in.
Pricing
Your PAC stamps (timbra) every CFDI, and its platform fee is paid by you, directly to the PAC, separately from this price. Your contador makes every tax decision.

Questions
Do you stamp the invoices?
No. Only a PAC authorised by the SAT can stamp a CFDI, and your PAC does that. I build the portal and the connection to it. If you do not have a PAC yet, your contador can recommend one; its platform fee is paid by you, directly to the PAC, separately from my price.
Who decides product codes, CFDI use and the tax side?
Your contador. Product and service codes, tax regime, CFDI use, taxes and every other tax decision are set by your contador, and the portal is configured to match. I do not give tax advice.
When should I not buy this?
If you invoice only a few sales a month, it is cheaper to keep doing it by hand, with the SAT’s free service or through your PAC’s portal. And if your PAC already offers a self-invoicing page that connects to your store, use it — building your own only makes sense when theirs does not integrate with your orders or does not give your customers the experience you want.
Which store platforms does it work with?
The ones that expose orders through an API, which is most of them: Shopify, WooCommerce and custom-built stores, among others. If yours is something else, we check before quoting.
How many invoices do you issue by hand each month?
Tell me the rough number, which platform your store runs on and who your PAC is. That is enough for me to tell you whether your own portal is worth it or your PAC’s will do.
