Podcast clips
Every episode, turned into short clips.
Your video podcast cut into short clips of the best exchanges — captioned, hooked and ready to post on Shorts, TikTok and Reels.
Recording the episode is the easy part. Cutting it into clips every week — finding the moments, reframing two or three people into vertical, captioning, exporting — is the part that falls behind. Most podcasts do not go quiet on social because the episodes are bad. They go quiet because the clipping never keeps pace with the recording. It is a grind, and honestly a dull one, but steady posting is how it works now.
From $320 your first month.
Month to month, no contract.
Creators I’ve advised have gone on to pass 1 million followers on TikTok.
Their results are their own and are not typical.
Up to 30 seconds each · Captioned and ready to post · You send the episode, I send the clips
Same plans and same delivery as video clipping — this page is the podcast version.
What you get back
The exchanges worth hearing twice
I watch the whole episode and pull the parts that land on their own — a strong answer, a disagreement, a story — cut on the point, not on the clock.
Reframed for vertical
Two or three people on a wide shot, reframed to whoever is speaking, so the clip reads on a phone.
Captions people can follow
Corrected, punctuated and styled, with the speaker clear, because most clips are watched with the sound off.
A steady supply from episodes you already record
Each episode you are already recording turns into clips for the week after it, so posting regularly stops depending on finding time to edit.

Questions
How long until it grows?
Honestly, gradually. Posting consistently is what lets followers build on each other over time, toward where you want to be — and at the start that is slow. Short-term results vary a lot from one creator to the next, and there is no fixed timeline; anyone who gives you one is guessing. What this does is make the consistent part possible.
Which parts of the episode do you choose?
The moments that make sense with no context. If there are segments you want — or want left out, like a sponsor read or something a guest said off the record — tell me and they are handled that way.
When should I not buy this?
If an episode leans on material you do not hold the rights to — music, clips from other shows or films, other people’s footage — clipping and reposting it creates a rights problem no edit can fix. Clip what is yours to post.
And if you record audio only, with no video, there is nothing to cut into short-form video; that is a different job.
Do you post them?
No — clipping is delivery only. The clips come back captioned and ready to post, and you post them where and when you want.
How many episodes have you never clipped?
Send me a link to one. I will tell you how many usable clips are in it before you pay anything.
