WhatsApp Business API

The WhatsApp Business API, connected properly.

One WhatsApp number your whole team can answer, connected to your CRM or your store, with the business profile and message templates in order.

The WhatsApp Business app works until the business grows: one phone, a few people answering, nothing connected to your systems. When several people need to answer the same number, or order confirmations should go out on their own, you need the API — and setting it up inside Meta has more steps than it looks.

Setup from $500, quoted inside the range by how many systems need connecting.

Everything sits in your business’s own Meta account. Meta’s per-message fees are billed by Meta directly, separately from my price.

Meta account in your name · Message templates registered · Meta’s fees billed separately

Not the one you need? The WhatsApp concierge sets up the WhatsApp Business app with a catalog and click-to-WhatsApp ads, and a WhatsApp chatbot answers conversations automatically on top of this API.

What gets set up

The number on the official platform

Your number registered on the WhatsApp Business API inside your business’s Meta portfolio, with the profile complete and verification started.

One inbox for the whole team

Connected to a shared inbox or your CRM, so several people can answer the same number without passing a phone around.

Message templates

Templates for what you send often — order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders — written and submitted for Meta’s review.

Connected to your systems

Your store or CRM connected so messages go out when something happens — an order, a payment, a shipment — not when someone remembers.

Questions

How much does Meta charge per message?

Meta sets its own WhatsApp messaging fees and bills them to you directly, separately from my price. They are not quoted here because they are Meta’s, they vary by message type and country, and Meta changes them; before anything is connected we look at the current rates on Meta’s site together.

How is this different from the WhatsApp Business app?

The app runs on one phone and is answered by one person at a time. The API has no app of its own: it connects to a shared inbox, your CRM or your store, so a team can answer and messages can go out automatically. If one person answers everything from their phone without trouble, the app is enough.

When should I not buy this?

If one person handles WhatsApp and nothing needs to connect to your systems, the API is spending more than you need to — the WhatsApp Business app does the job and is free. And if what you want is a bilingual catalog and ads that open a chat, that is the WhatsApp concierge, not this.

What does ongoing management cover?

$150–$400 a month covers keeping templates current and submitting new ones, watching the number’s quality rating in Meta, adjusting the connections when your systems change, and fixing what breaks. It is optional; setup is one-time.

How many people answer your WhatsApp?

Tell me how many, and what you want it connected to. That tells me whether you need the API or whether the app will do.
